• For businesses involved in food processing, packaging, and distribution with an annual turnover of ₹12 lakh to ₹20 crore.
• Central License:

Documents Required for FSSAI Registration

For Basic Registration:

1.     Aadhaar card of the proprietor or food business operator.

2.     Proof of business address (e.g., utility bill, lease/rent agreement).

3.     PAN card of the business or proprietor.

4.     Passport-sized photograph of the proprietor.

5.     Business activity details (like name of business, type of food handling, etc.).

For State/ Central License:

1.     Aadhaar card and PAN card of the proprietor/authorized signatory.

2.     Certificate of incorporation (for companies).

3.     Proof of business address (e.g., lease/rent agreement or utility bills).

4.     Food safety management system plan.

5.     List of food products (details of food being manufactured or handled).

6.     List of equipment used in food production.

7.     Health certificates (for food manufacturers, etc.).

8.     NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the local municipal authority.

FSSAI Registration Process
